Rabbet Home has free shipping on all orders in the lower 48 states of the USA. We will contact customers with addresses in Hawaii and Alaska directly after orders are placed to see if the Rabbet partially subsidized shipping prices will be acceptable before processing.

Everyone deserves to have a nice shopping experience, no matter the price point. While damages to merchandise in transit or defects in manufacturing do occasionally occur, it is rare. We will gladly offer you a refund for most of our merchandise within 30 days from receipt of product if it has been delivered and received defective. Contact us with proof of purchase and we will be happy to assist you and navigate the best solution for you.

RETURN SHIPPING FEES

All FedEx item returns will be subject to a $20 return shipping fee per shipping label.

All return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

Returns are refunded in the original payment form for the product price, less applicable return shipping fees. Please allow a couple of weeks for financial processing after items are received at our facility. Policies of your financial institution may create an unforeseeable delay.

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Taxes charged are refunded in accordance with state and local laws.

Customer is responsible for retaining original packaging or supplying their own equivalent packaging for return.

Items received with postage due will be returned to sender.

CANCELLATIONS

For all orders that are canceled prior to items shipping, no delivery fee will be charged. Should you decide to cancel a return and keep the item after it ships and a refund was issued, Rabbet Home will charge your credit card in the amount of the refund issued, plus applicable handling fees.
