These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.rabbethome.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of products from Rabbet, LLC (“Rabbet,” “Rabbet Home,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 1015 Hutton Ln, High Point, North Carolina 27262.

By accessing the Site, using our services, or purchasing products from us, you agree to these Terms and any policies referenced in them. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

Because many Rabbet products incorporate natural materials, including wood, variations in grain, color, texture, markings, and other characteristics may occur. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural materials and are not necessarily defects.

Colors and finishes may also appear differently depending on photography, lighting, surrounding colors, screen settings, display technology, and other factors.

Dimensions and specifications published on the Site are intended to be accurate but may be subject to reasonable manufacturing tolerances.

We reserve the right to modify product specifications when appropriate, provided such modifications do not materially alter the fundamental nature of the product.

3. PRODUCT IMAGERY AND DIGITAL REPRESENTATIONS

We use photography, digital imaging, rendering, image editing, and other visualization technologies to present our products.

Certain images displayed on the Site or in Rabbet marketing materials may be digitally created, enhanced, rendered, composited, or generated in whole or in part using artificial intelligence. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the Rabbet products represented in such imagery accurately reflect the design, proportions, materials, finishes, and overall appearance of the products offered for sale. However, digitally created or enhanced imagery may vary from actual products with respect to color, lighting, apparent scale, texture, surroundings, styling, placement, and other visual details.

Surrounding furnishings, architecture, accessories, artwork, landscaping, views, and other elements appearing in lifestyle imagery may be digitally generated and are not included with the product unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

Prices displayed on the Site are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

We may change prices, promotions, discounts, product availability, or other offers at any time without prior notice. A price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted except where permitted by applicable law or where an obvious pricing or listing error has occurred.

“Rabbet,” “Rabbet Home,” Rabbet logos, and other Rabbet brand identifiers are trademarks or other proprietary marks of Rabbet, LLC and may not be used without our prior written consent.

11. CUSTOMER SUBMISSIONS

If you voluntarily provide Rabbet with photographs, reviews, comments, suggestions, feedback, or other content (“Submissions”), you represent that you have the right to provide that content and that doing so does not violate the rights of another person.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you grant Rabbet a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute Submissions for purposes reasonably related to operating, improving, and promoting Rabbet and its products.

You retain ownership of your original content.

We are not obligated to publish or use any Submission and may remove content from our Site at our discretion.

12. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, applications, platforms, or services.

Rabbet does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, security, products, or services. Your use of third-party services is subject to the applicable third party’s own terms and policies.
